Luis Morales-Navarro's research happens at the intersection of literature and technology through the study and recreation of speculative proto-digital literary objects. He is also interested in the relationship between creative writing and coding. His works bring networked physical computing, web applications, generative games, and language processing devices in conversation with creative writing, media and literary studies. Currently Luis is a Resident Research Fellow in Interactive Media Arts at NYU Shanghai. He previously interned as assistant curator of The Human Rights Channel on YouTube, currently Google News Lab’s Witness Media Lab. Luis is a recent graduate from New York University Abu Dhabi, where he studied interactive media, media theory, and creative writing.
