Luis Morales-Navarro is interested in the intersection of learning, natural languages, programming languages, physical computing, and literature. Aware of the importance computational thinking plays in understanding our world, Luis is passionate about making learning programming languages and physical computing more accessible. He is also interested in the relationship between creative writing and coding.
Currently, Luis is a Resident Research Fellow in Interactive Media Arts at NYU Shanghai. He previously interned as assistant curator of The Human Rights Channel on YouTube, currently Google News Lab’s Witness Media Lab. Luis is a recent graduate from New York University Abu Dhabi, where he studied interactive media, media theory, and creative writing.
